Welcome to minglobe ("Company", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including all related services, features, and content. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide a SaaS platform enabling hostels to manage guest communication, real-time chats, events, announcements, and multi-location operations. Our services include but are not limited to centralized dashboards, staff coordination tools, guest engagement features, and enterprise-grade management capabilities.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access to our platform is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: illegal use, harassment, distribution of spam or unsolicited communications, uploading malicious software, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or any activity that disrupts the platform's integrity or performance.
You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the platform services.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for non-payment of fees. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, wars, or infrastructure failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
