Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model

All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

2. Free Trial

We may offer an optional free trial period for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until then.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has begun, charges for that period will not be refunded, including partial-month usage.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

Duplicate charges due to a billing system error
Incorrect billing amount
Significant technical failure preventing platform access for an extended period

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have separate refund and cancellation terms as outlined in their individual agreements. Custom terms take precedence over this policy.
